The collapsed crease pattern should look like this:

Swivel the head backwards and the forelegs forwards. The point marked X needs to be hidden away inside the body (this is a flaw in the design of the model).

Shape the legs and tail as appropriate for the pose you want. See the gallery for one possible pose. I stole the head from David Brill - you may be able to devise a head of your own.
